Decks did not transfer

So I just read that before migrating I should have exported my purchased decks to import them to this new game....
Just trying to organize gaming events with our community ; and some of them had already migrated over.
Is there anyway I can recover my decks since I missed the chance to do so before clicking migrate?
They were not custom; only premades we purchased and redeemed.
