Website can't redeem correctly Non-Booster Codes

I've had this issue several times and it is really painful. I often use the website (https://redeem.tcg.pokemon.com/fr-ca/) to redeem codes instead of the app. However, I notice that whenever I open something that isn't a Booster (Elite Trainer Box, Collector's Chest, Base Deck), it never shows when I open the app.
Often, the next time I open the app, I don't see any animation for telling me what I received but at least it is in my collection. However, today I redeemed a Brilliant Stars Build and Battle Box, not only I never saw what I received, but when I looked at my collection, I didn't receive the cards that I was supposed to get.
It reminds me of the issue of redeeming when the beta first start. I hope it will be fixed soon and we will get compensated for codes that didn't get us what they should have.
I contacted the support but they can't help me because I don't have anymore the receipt for buying the item.

Thanks for the report. I'll let the development team know about this issue. In the meantime, we will also test to see if other cards have this issue to prevent this from happening.
