Timer between Rounds to short / not working at all

I Just migrated my Account 2 days ago. S&V Base Set is on the Horizon so i thought the time has come. I knew there were a Lot of Problems with the Game BUT this one real Problem i have With the Game makes it unplayable. :(
The Timer in between Rounds is way to short ! Often It is not even working at all. Sometimes you start your Turn with 0.3 Seconds on the clock and your Turn ends because Its Not possible to Play a Card at all.
Please Pokemon fix the Timer Problem soon. Im Not able to Play right know. We need a Patch at Launch of S&V Base Set.
