Exchange Fails but Takes Credits

I've tried to exchange currency for 3 Ultra Balls, costing me 300 credits or whatever the blue currency is called. It has then said "exchange failed" and not given me the cards, but it has taken the currency. I don't mind too much as it's only 300 credits but seems like something that would upset a lot of people.

Note: When I tried again it continued to say "exchange failed" and not give me the cards, but it did not take anymore credits making me think that the game believes I already have 4 copies of the card, despite it showing that I only have 1.

    Update: After reloading the game it has now charged me for the second exchange but has also given me the cards.
