Ditto and Mad Party bug/glitch?

Hello, Recently attempted to use my Mad Party themed deck in a ranked match, and an unusual problem occured

When using the Ditto with the "Sudden Transformation" ability, rather than allowing me to select one of the pokemon in my discard pile with the Mad Party attack, and select the relevant costed attack (some versions of the attack require different energy costs), it instead seems to combine them all into one attack- So rather than having a 2 colorless energy attack, the deck seems to mash their costs together to require a surplus of 5 energy at any given time.
