Yo, I got something to tell you.
I’ve been, like really sick, like a really, really bad cold. I’ve been coughing uncontrollably and sneezing a ton. I just thought I should tell you this, bc i kinda need some support rn

Hmmm…. Lemon honey with a dash of ginger tea? Basically the honey helps coat the throat and adds a touch of sweetness to the lemon (fresh squeezed or those plastic lemons with lemon juice or actual herbal lemon tea bags).
- Heat enough water up for a mug.
- Add a spoonful or two of honey and squirt in the lemon juice.
- Ginger gives it a kick so don't add too much.
- Let it cool. Try to breathe in the vapors. Then sip. It may help your nasal passages and soothe your throat.
Also a small spoon ful of honey eaten straight off the spoon helps soothe soar throats.

Breathing in the scent of peppermint oil or lavender help with relaxing nasal passages, makes it easier to breathe. If you feel stuffed up and you have a humidifier, add a few drops of peppermint oil to the water. (Plus that smells like Christmas)
Also try chicken noodle soup or bone broth too to eat.
Those may help alleviate the symptoms but of course, listen to your dr.

Nate i'm going to be totally honest with you. You're going to die. But at least buy those salts that are really healthy to smell. Someone should definitely let you smell those before this unknowable, medically secret, aromatherapeutic immune disease gets you to succumb.
