Do they feel no shame? Over giving things to only a singular starter from a trio? Despite the others being proven to be some of the most popular Kalos Pokémon?
Perhaps you'll say, "but, oh, Greninja is one of the most popular Pokémon ever, even if that's not on the forums!," to which I respond: then, why do Venusaur and Blastoise get merch, despite Charizard being much, much more popular? Why do they feel the need to outright pretend Delphox and Chesnaught don't exist? You might think, that maybe, I'm exaggerating, maybe, it can't be as bad as I'm making it out to be. But have you forgotten Battle Bond? Did you know it's the only Kalos starter with an official 3DS wallpaper? Did you know that searching up Delphox or Chesnaught on the official shop, Pokemoncenter.com, brings up 3 results, two plushies the kind every mon has, and 1 pin based on the entire evolution line, while Greninja has over 40? Even if we go on to discuss spin-offs, its prescence is larger than the others. Such as in Pokémon Masters EX, where it has 3 different powerful Master fairs, while Delphox and Chesnaught only have outdated general sync pairs.
Do you not feel like it's forced down your throat? Do you not think this difference is too extreme?
And, to be clear, I understand why people like it. It's a cool Pokémon. I am not asking Pokémon itself to pretend it doesn't exist. What I am hoping for is something else— for Delphox and Chesnaught to also be acknowledged. For them to not be ignored for the sake of making Greninja seem more popular. For them to also receive merch. I am not hoping for the stopping all production or appearances of Greninja in all media— I'm just hoping for Delphox and Chesnaught to not be ignored anymore. Because the way they're currently handled isn't exactly good, as you might understand from what I've said in this post.

The issue is, most of the market for Pokemon toys is the 9 year olds, and the 9 year olds (unfortunately) crave Greninja..
NOT trying to defend Pokemon here, but the decision is somewhat understandable (but not acceptable)
What I'm trying to say is that even though Char is the second mascot, Venusaur and Blastoise are also popular among the children because apparently the children are Gen 1ers..
Most younger fans only know the Gen 1 pokemon besides the really popular others - like Lucario, the Charcadets, the Eeveelutions, and unfortunately Greninja.
I think if Gen 6 was more popular as a whole, they could make more Chesnaught/Delphox products.
Still want less Greninja though because I am traumatized from the Unite jungle invaders😭

It's that way with Gen 4. Piplup is insanely popular, which is why Dawn's Piplup never evolved(what you think the writers did that for story? Pff). I'm at least happy my Kitsune got represented in Unite but they could easily bring in the Kanto OG but won't because the game just got Flareon, but also has Char, Ceruledge, Ho-Oh, Armarouge(I think.. might be wrong on that), Moltres, Blaziken, Delphox, Cinderace, and Chandelure(which I might main for a Fire Type if I start playing). What would Ninetales bring that those wouldn't outside of native Drought.
