moderation on this forum

Yesterday morning, just about 24 hours ago, I posted a response to the topic "Miltank Miracle Body"... or rather, I wrote a post, only to have it held up for moderation. It still hasn't appeared. There was nothing offensive or otherwise problematic about what I wrote, so I'm not sure why it continues to be held back. Is it because someone else already answered the question while my answer was waiting in the queue? That would be fair, but there are already lots of posts, and even topics, that repeat themselves.

So I have some questions! What exactly is the moderation policy here? Are there moderators working full time? How long does it take them to check a four sentence post? And, most importantly, what are the triggers that send a post to moderation limbo? I want to avoid them because I'm interested in, you know, actually sharing information with the community!
