What's the creepiest Pokémon lore you genuinely like?
Ghost Pokémon lore can go from "that's interesting" to "excuse me?" remarkably quickly. What's a story or Pokédex entry that stuck with you?

For me it has to be Mimikyu... it’s cute, but also so sad and creepy.

Palossand's Legends Z-A pokedex entry
"Heaps of bones lie buried beneath its castle. They came from those whom Palossand drained of vitality and left all dried up."
the thing is…it doesn't specify who's bones are buried

For me it's the Chandelure line's pokedex entries
"Litwick shines a light that absorbs the life energy of people and Pokémon, which becomes the fuel that it burns." -Litwick's Gen 6 entry
"It lurks in cities, pretending to be a lamp. Once it finds someone whose death is near, it will trail quietly after them." -Lampent's Shield entry
"Being consumed in Chandelure’s flame burns up the spirit, leaving the body behind." -Chandelure's White entry
"The spirits burned up in its ominous flame lose their way and wander this world forever." -Chandelure's BW2 entry
"In homes illuminated by Chandelure instead of lights, funerals were a constant occurrence— or so it’s said." -Chandelure's Shield entry
Noticing a pattern?
Litwick absorbs life energy for fuel. We can assume that when it becomes strong enough, likely linked to that fuel, it evolves.
Lampent stalks people who are about to die, hoping to find a Dusk Stone to evolve, since other Ghost types are likely present.
Chandelure creeps me out the most. It burns up people spirits, leaving them lost, and funerals are a "constant occurrence." The spirits then wander this world forever, potentially creating more ghost types..
Is it just me or does it creep out you guys too?
