How do you wake up?

I wake up like a human

i am a human being and i wake up in a human being way and i do not have mandibles or antennae

i usually wake up around about four am, seethe in my rage for a few hours, then fall asleep again. i then wake up, have breakfast, and fall asleep again. it’s not the best routine :) im not going to add a “but” because there is no “but” :)

There's no in between : sometimes I wake up at 5am and can't sleep anymore, other times I snooze my alarms and sleep again until i'm late (being late is now being on time for me atp)
