Well you have a Longbow so basically everyone is in range. You're at 16:30. A Wimpod is at 6:28 but is cowering and asleep(won't be able to respond to incoming damage), an Espurr(10:24) and Absol(10:23), Cubone at 24:18 and a Chimchar at 15:21. All of them are in range without having to move.
So whom gets your first attack?

Eh it's ok. I'm probably going to suspend action shortly on account I've been running behind on my chores(procrastinating) and failing at multi-tasking(I'm a one core-one thread processor). I'll let Bob make a move because they haven't made one. After that I'm going to suspend play until I'm able to respond to moves. You can post actions and I'll try to sort through it all as best I can 🤣😇🙅.

Ok make a 2D12 roll and add +2 to the result and note which dice was higher(Hope or Fear). The difficulty is 12(their Evasion). If the total sum(including the Agility bonus) meets or beats that it hits and you can then roll for Damage(D8 +3). If you get a result below 12, then the attack misses.
I'll check back in a bit(cleaning downstairs).
