Whos been through more trauma Ash, or liko
Me personally it has to be Ash but I you think liko then tell me why

In a span of 3 seasons(that I've watched so far), Liko has dealt with more than Ash did in his first three. Outside of the SS. Anne and the Blimp/Airship, what exactly did Ash face that was realistically scary compared to having Liko having her memory erased, almost kidnapped by Amethio(if it weren't for Friede), facing down Zygarde(a legendary... Mewtwo was a movie and Gary faced it at the Gym, not Ash), facing down and capturing the six heroes(including several Legendaries), surviving Pecharunt and only having 3 Pokémon for most of it(she has four right now with Armarouge having just evolved in the final part of Season 3 but she doesn't even have a full team.. something that bugs me to no end). Ash has always managed to get six Pokémon by the end of a series, which again is something that just irritates me that Liko couldn't catch more.

Ash got possessed twice, died 3 times. Bro has gone through a LOT more

I grew up with Ash so he’s gone through more trials and tribulations. Both traumas are valid

In the first 3 seasons? I don't count the movies in this but purely the Seasonal Episodes. Outside of Sabrina and Lavender town arc, SS.Anne and the blimp to Orange Islands, what exactly has Ash faced in his first 3 seasons that rivals Liko losing her memory, being kidnapped(almost) and facing off against multiple Legendaries? Not to mention the trauma of being shafted by the writers by not even having a full team yet(4 Pokemon really?).

Comparing apples to apples or first 3 seasons, what legendary did Ash face? Liko has no movies so I'm not factoring those in for Ash(and wouldn't anyway because I'm limiting it to Anime Episodes). Ash didn't face squat in Indigo League, Orange Islands or the first season of Johto. The only scary instances are SS.Anne(it sank with them on board so that's terrifying), Sabrina(who was a monster with that doll) and Lavender Town(Ghosts playing pranks) and the Blimp/Airship that crashed in the Orange Islands.
Compare that to Liko nearly being kidnapped at the beginning of the series, losing her memory, nearly having her life drained from her by Galarian Moltres, battling Rayquaza multiple times, battling a Paradox Pokemon in Gouging Fire and battling Zygarde. That's on top of Fighting Explorers who were more competent than Team Rocket(bar none).
I'll add watching Friede fall to his "death". Which should have been the outcome but nah they'd rather not go that route.
