!!! MOD needed!! Infinite reward loop's glitch with build and battle mode

Greetings,

Pretty nasty issue down her, I got randomly kicked from build and battle session, after a gamle or two or just when returning to the main page. The issue is; i got the reward of the deck and boosters i earned so far before being kicked out AND a free token. I earned 4k+ crédit yesterday evening due to that glitch, which is concerning because one can use the bug to trigger an infinite loop to get credits (which is an exploit) i guess a race condition caused an inventory desync, which led to an item duplication glitch, i d'ont know if i'm alone in this situation ?

Anyway i have made a ticket and i wont spend the credits and until a hotfix has been rolled out, i wont launch any Build and Battle session. Hope you're already aware of that issue.

My account need a rollback of roughly 5k credits though…

Can you help fixing that ? thank you

I didn't know you can exploit this. What I know is that I burned my tokens, I didn't use the free token. But now I know this, maybe this can make up the tokens I burned.

i wouldn't use an exloit because if you know it's an exploit they can ban you for it at any time.

I'm no @n00bl00d… They have closed the ticket explaining me with a bot's answers how to avoid lag and freeze in the game ROFL. still have these credits even if the Dupe Bug has been fixed….

yeah on mine too, thats not the point, still have 7k illegal creds on my account and the helpdesk is just useless since they closed the ticket with the dumbest answer ever…

Update: Unfortunately, my second Support ticket was also automatically closed with the same generic answer.

This does not address my issue at all.

I have already explained the bug in detail, provided the relevant information, and offered to provide videos showing the bug occurring. I have also made it clear that I have not spent the duplicated Trade Credits or Trainer Points and that I am asking Support to remove them from my account.

Could you please forward this to the appropriate Support team or advise me on how I can get this specific issue reviewed by someone (a human being) who can actually investigate the inventory/reward duplication?
