What is wrong with Build and Battle game mode?
Sometimes it is showing this:
(See the time and date on the bottom right corner)
Other times, it shows that I can play Build and Battle, but it is a trap. I got kicked out after a few games, and it is said my Build and Battle run has ended. I burned a few tokens already.
The symptom is similar with the ladder reset bug, it is shown that the Build and Battle will end in - - W - - D (see above the "Play" button, bottom right).
And it still has the Surging Sparks poster!!!
Just like if you don't reinstall PTCGL, it shows that the Ladder will end in - - W - - D.
Has anyone else experienced this?
I tried to reinstall the app, but the problem persists.

This looks like a server sync bug. The missing timer (- - W - - D) and old Surging Sparks poster mean your game client isn't loading the latest update from the server.
Since reinstalling didn't work, you can try these quick fixes:
- Clear App Data: Completely delete the game's cache and data folders before installing it again. This removes old, broken files.
- Fix Device Time: Make sure your device's date and time are set to "Automatic." Wrong time settings can kick you out of matches.
- Contact Support: Open a ticket with Pokémon support. Send your screenshots so we can look into the bug and refund your lost tokens.

It is inconsistent, sometimes I get the Surging Sparks poster, and sometimes I get the Chaos Rising poster. Just now I updated my app. The poster on Build and Battle was correct, Chaos Rising poster. So I genuinely thought that it was fixed. But when I started the game, I received Surging Sparks Build and Battle deck, the combination of the Indeedee group and the Magneton group. I played once against a Chaos Rising Build and Battle deck, the Ampharos deck. And then I got kicked out.
Please remind me again how to clear the App Data of Pokémon TCG Live on Windows?0
