She can be sweet but Eris is still a tomboy at heart. Besides, she was Rudeus' first before he married Sylphie(and later Roxy.. and then Eris.. 🤣🙅) wherein Rudy's first child ends up marrying what can tactfully be described as her Uncle(or Great Uncle.. I forget). Like I said the Family Tree is... 🦆🙅

She seems temperamental(and a bit childish which she doesn't really outgrow) but really her personality centers around frustration of not being able to do things right away and living up to expectations. She idolizes and effectively falls for Rudeus at a young age but wanted to be worthy of him so she leaves to train such that she could be dependable in a fight because when she was young, she was kidnapped and was powerless to defend herself or to escape her captors(that scene was the aftermath). Rudeus rescues her(with a little help from Eris' first Sword teacher) and basically falls for him at that point but, as I said, wanted to never feel useless ever again.

I don't know.. is it? Eris is a loyal person though, that has to count for something. Probably too loyal given some of the arcs that tear at your soul.

I do like loyalty! Mars is very loyal to Cyrus. Jessie is loyal to Team Rocket and her role as an evil villain. As am I. :D
