after multiple battles in Pokémon Unite, me and some friends have found the Pokémon Ceruledge to be extremely difficult to defeat and too powerful, please review this Pokémon and its attacks to balance out the attack power of this Pokémon’s moves including its UNITE move

I honestly don't know what you mean by "too OP" because as a Ceruledge main I feel fairly qualified to tell you that Ceruledge, although it's extremely good, is fairly balanced. I'm sure @Dragonfly102024, another Ceruledge main like me, would agree on this.
Ceruledge is similar to Zoroark in the sense that it has a balanced kit, but has a ton of outplay potential, especially with the Phantom Force build. I personally use Flame Charge/Psycho Cut, often considered worse than Phantom Force/Bitter Blade, and I still find myself outplaying people in 4v1's.
The other thing is that if Ceruledge evolves early, it can snowball out of hand really fast, which is why you'll notice most Ceruledge players hang back and just consume EXP, because that Lv. 5 power spike is absurd.
Even still, I find myself defeating opposing Ceruledges pretty easily. It's not a very bad pokemon by any means, but it's not exactly OP either.
I don't mean to sounds rude, but this sounds more like a skill diff issue than another Yveltal situation.

Anyways, I use Bitter Blade+Flame Charge
Either I solo entire teams or I get destroyed
No in between lol
Anyways, I agree with the Zoroark comparison, especially since Ceruledge is good at combing (Flame Charge-Basic Attack-Bitter Blade- Basic Attack-Flame Charge-Basic Attack)
But despite being able to deal massive damage in a brief amount of time she can easily be hit and is predictable
I find her pretty balanced and fun in the current state

Yeah, Ceruledge is one of those pokemon where you get either 1 or 21 KO's and no in-between..
Either way I am in fact a Ceruledge main (as my username would suggest) and I'm about to get my blue ribbon for it actually!
It's also true that I've been picking up Dragapult but I don't have too many opportunities to use it because it sucks in lane and jungle is highly contested. Dragapult and Scyther are my last-minute picks in the very rare case that no one wants jungle.
*Edit: well Ceruledge technically isn't my main because even though I use it more I consider myself better and more consistent with Lapras but I still love Ceruledge nonetheless

You want to know an easy way to KO Ceruledge? (I can say this after having used her in 1,500+ matches of all stadiums plus in ranked, and against reals & cpus)
Well, actually I'd tell you, but then that would just be me giving away secrets. Then all of a sudden my girl wouldn't be as effective as she currently is.
Why don't you all play with her? Use trial licenses, in-game practice, or select Ceruledge for the next rung on the license ladder/path that's a special selection. If you do, you might see how much we still have to work for it and you might find a new favorite.
