Farfetch'd BS Leek Lash bug

Hello,
It seems that the damage calculation for Farfetch'd BS Leek Lash bug attack is not calculating properly.
It's supposed to do 20 damage + 10 more damage for each damage counter on your opponent's Active Pokémon. But it seems to only be doing 10 damage for each damage counter, and ignoring the "20+" aspect.

Silly question but do you have a double turbo energy attached to farfetchd or just basic energy? Double turbo energy would negate the 20 base damage.
