Pokemon Champions | Connection Error Exploit

Hey, I've had many games with champions and they've been all great except for 2 where we were mid battle and their pokemon moved, but mine didn't and it was just stuck. The entire game was paused almost and nothing happened for ages. My wifi's perfectly fine and good since I have fibre internet but nothing happened, then the connection was lost after like 15 minutes and then I was booted back to the login screen and my screen went back and then I had to restart my game. The same thing happened with the game after. Then it went back to normal and nothing else has happened with my nintendo switch version, only my phone and it's not my internet and I went down by two ranks. Please fix this exploit because it's super annoying.
