In the spirit of us all needing to cool down and not melt during this heat, what is your favorite Water-type Pokémon, and what makes it stand out to you?

I'm going to need Hydro Pump, whether it's Lapras, Blastoise, or another Pokémon. I just need the ability for myself.

I like Lapras cuz we can go on peaceful strolls in a river and its also fairly capable of defending itself
