Pokémon added illegal underground battling tournaments where you can bet on fighters as well as participate and there are no rules so it's utter chaos and so much cheating
I would totally be on board for this!
ESPECIALLY if we can do this online, too!

Pokemon had Gambling in the form of Game corners in early Generations. You see them now? Good question to ask yourself as to why they're no longer in the games. Illegal Battling Tournaments would be in the same category and honestly wouldn't serve any purpose other than to reach people that cheating is a-ok. You don't see the ramifications for a franchise aimed at children?

they can’t teach kids that gambling is okay. Has child buy a booster box.
