Solar Transfer bug while deck testing against Mega Venusaur deck
I still don't understand when I should report a bug here on the forum and when I should submit a support ticket. Is posting a bug report here enough, or do I also need to submit a ticket?
Bug report:
When I test my deck against the AI and the opponent is Mega Venusaur ex, the game freezes if the AI evolves Bulbasaur into Mega Venusaur ex and then uses its Solar Transfer Ability.
The game becomes completely stuck, and the only option is to concede.
Do I need to submit a support ticket for this bug as well? If so, why? Do the developers or support team not track and investigate bug reports posted on the forum?

you still need to submit a ticket, but the mods should provide the link if you don’t have it.

Neither the devs nor support track bugs on the forum, that's why mods tell you to submit a support ticket… so then the support team investigates it first and passes it to the dev team if needed.
