Prize Machine not working
The prize Machine for Armarouge and the new recolor Holowear are not working, they keep saying "an error occurred"

If possible, take a screen shot or screen record then submit a ticket using your trainer support ID number and version number. Include details about yourself, your device and as to what happened as well as the screenshot or video recording.
@Mod_Nova can get you the link or navigate to the title page of unite yourself and click the support icon.

Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon UNITE from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the bottom of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we look into this! 😊

I already contacted the support page and the first time they responded with generic ways of trying to fix the problem but none of them worked, the second time I contacted support they told me they don't respond of inquiries of that kind, I'm guessing there's nothing else to do, my account just has a permanent bug, and maybe an update might fix it in the future.

Sorry for this little detour from the thread… but I've got to say this... I mean I really don't like the Prize Machine, it's obviously for paying players sure, but it keep anoying me every login for no reason... they could at least add a cheaper prize for f2p player or stop the annoying popup.
Btw do any of you actually spend real money on it?
