Why am I no longer restricted to four cards with the same name?

When I open packs, I no longer get any trainer points for cards I already own four copies of. Instead, I collect five or six or more copies of the card. I can't find an announcement of this change. Is it deliberate, or a bug?

If you're receiving additional copies of cards instead of Trainer Points after already owning four copies, our Support team can check into whether this is expected or an issue affecting your account. You can submit a ticket by going to https://support.pokemon.com/, select Pokémon TCG Live, select contact us, and submit the form.
