Who wins, Palkia or Dialga?

I've been wondering, which one of the two would be more powerful in terms of their powers. Dialga rules time, while Palkia rules over space and dimensions.

From a TCG perspective Palkia wins, it dominated the competitive meta for a decent time... while Dialga cards are great, they're usually slower and less flexible.
