Why am I unable to select a holowear in the holowear selection box screen?
I can add a screen recording but the main issue I am facing is that I am unable to select a holowear in that specific screen. When I click on a holowear I like, it takes me to a holowear preview every single time. Anywhere I touch. It doesn’t let me select it and acquire it at all. I did not face this problem in the license selection box but facing this under all holowear selection boxes. It is definitely not a touch problem.

An hour ago at daily reset, the new purple ribbon holowear box was allowed to be claimed. EVERY MOBILE USER I have chatted with in game, in person and my own holowear box has this same issue.
I will submit a ticket in just a few minutes, but it needs to be fixed ASAP.
I suggest everyone with this issue submit tickets so that the problem gets fixed in a timely manner. Thank you!

SAMEEEEI got all the licenses, but today I couldn't get the Holowear license, and those are precisely the ones with the skins for the Pokémon I play the most. I thought it was just me. I really want to fix this.

I got a response last night (while i was asleep) requesting a videorecording of what happens.... I'll do that in a bit and send it back to them.
Also, my friend found this on Youtube... So I guess this isn't just happening to us.
(I have not tried it yet so I do not know if the trick works)

I noticed this too. I wanted to get Aegislash's Regal style, but it only allowed me to preview it and not select it to claim. I can do it later on my Switch, fortunately, but it's such a pain nonetheless.
