Does anyone have tips for shiny hunting in the legends za DLC?

I've figured out how to make a level 3 sparkling power donut, but can only get one get one shiny per distortion. Is there an even better donut I can make?

To answer your question, to get more shinies you need to continue to fast travel on the map and look around. All that matters then is luck. And if you are searching for a specific shiny do a manual save before you go into a portal with auto save off, and look for the shiny. As long as you don’t catch anything or pick up the items, you can soft restart the game to reroll. Hope this helps!

As somebody who spent was too much time shiny hunting, I'd fast travel to the portal as many times as possible, try to get the park area as that will have the most crowded spawns, and the horizontal holovators can be decent for shiny hunting as well, they're like a worse version of fast travel reset. For the donuts, first go to a Pokemon center and heal your pokemon, and then make a donut. If you don't like the donut, then close the game and start from backup save (look up how to do it as I forgot the button combo), and try again. I hoped this helped :)
