I hope y'all know me well enough by now to know that there was no way I was picking the thing that evolved into Typhlosion and don't care enough about the Johto Grass type to choose it

I don't care about Feraligatr but it's better than the others of the region

I don’t really like any of these much but I guess the Hisuian version of the Cyndaquil line gives it an edge

Totodile for me. The fact I picked it on Gold and again on Z-A might have a lot to do with it. The new Mega for Chikorita helps but not enough for me to pick it. I will say Cyndaquil deserves honorable mention, if only for the Fire Ferret reference.
