Ariados TWM retreat cost bug?
I just played against an AI deck that used Ariados from Twilight Masquerade whose ability is to increase the retreat cost of the opposing active evolution pokemon's by 1. The AI had attached Gravity Gemstone to the Ariados. I had used Pecharunt ex and used Subjugating Chains to move Yveltal from Mega Evolutions to the active with the intent to retreat into Darkrai ex due to its free retreat cost. Somehow Yveltal received a retreat cost of 1. Yveltal had no energy attached at the time and is a Basic pokemon and thus should not have been affected by Ariados' ability.
This is likely a bug, yet I am unsure if it is due to the Gravity Gemstone attacthed to Ariados or Ariados' ability simply not working properly and indiscriminately increasing retreat costs.

What's the bug? gravity gemstone is increasing the retreat cost, as it should.
