Unbalanced matchmaking

I've been playing this game for years, though not actively — I mostly return casually now, and even then, matchmaking is the biggest problem holding this game back.

The most glaring issue is how newcomers get thrown into matches with experienced players. This creates completely lopsided games where your own team doesn't know what they're doing, while the opposing team is stacked with long-time veterans. This isn't just an inconvenience — it's a fundamental flaw that makes matches unfair and unbalanced from the start, and it's driving casual and returning players away. This has always been a problem, but it gets even worse when a new season starts — you'll consistently get paired with newbie players. Honestly, this is the main reason I've lost focus on this game; it's simply too frustrating to keep playing seriously.

This issue alone is enough to push veteran and casual players away. If this game wants to retain its player base, matchmaking and lane assignment need to be fixed immediately.

I have a question, are you saying you want these changes for the mobile/switch everyday version that anyone can play at any time, or just for the organized on location tournaments, like the championships, where you have to go to the events in reality not virtually?

(Because I disagree with the latter part about imposing lane restrictions. Fine, fix matchmaking but no more restrictions on how we play and strategize as teams.)
