I need characters

I am writing a story and need charcters. I couldn't think of anything really, so I decided I want the communitys help. Example character:

Description	About 5’ 6” tall, lean, athletic, smart, tan, muscular, wears a black shirt with a red jacket over it and blue jeans and black tennis shoes, uses blue and black Poke balls, Left-handed, Quick reflexes

History	Shiroboshi was born without a name, in the cold depths of the Johto region, with his partner, Gimme the Gimmighoul and was soon abandoned by his parents. One day Shiroboshi was found by Pryce, soon to be gym leader of Mahogony Town. Pryce found him in a bundle of blankets, with his last name; Shiroboshi on it. When he was about 5 Shiroboshi quickly began to learn the ins and outs of the Pokemon world. At the age of ten Shiroboshi learned of his lineage; the royal Shiroboshi family, rulers of the region of Lamonica. At the age of thirteen Shiroboshi set off on a journey to find his family in Lamonica. Another side goal of his is to find all the different natural powers of Pokemon and gain all the gym badges.

(Hey, I started typing as soon as you made the post but I got busy 😭)

Name: Izzy

Gender: Female

Team: Ceruledge (Flash Fire), Hisuian Zoroark, Quaquaval (Moxie), Gardevoir (Trace), Infernape (Iron Fist), Charizard (Blaze (but thanks to Mega that will change to Tough Claws if memory serves) (my partner named Char with Mega Stone X)

Description: Long brown hair with purple streaks(almost always in a ponytail), dark brown eyes, caucasian, silver stud earrings, a silver chain necklace with a gold symbol of Arceus, all black clothes (T-shirt, fingerless gloves, jacket (she never takes it off), skirt, leggings, combat boots).

Personality: Always seems like she has an attitude and often doesn't acknowledge others. Even in the most emotional, tear jerking moments she is emotionless, glaring at everyone. She's snappy and bossy, often intimidating others with just an expression. She's powerful in battle, silently strategic at all times.

History: She comes from a village that worships Arceus. They teach that it is creator of all things and the most powerful thing out there. The village raised the children to be warriors in case Arceus ever needs something from them. She was the strongest in the village. She disagrees with everything they stand for, though. She found an ancient text about the sinful and mighty Giratina. She has studied it, admires it, and worships it. She has left her village in search of Girantina, hoping to free it and destroy Arceus with it. She obliterates all that gets in her way. However, Arceus realizes how big of a threat she is and reaches out to her in a dream, demanding her not to do this. Izzy tries to ignore, exiting the dream, but when she wakes up she finds an Arceus necklace (see description) around her neck that she can't remove. Arceus talks to her through this jewelry, only her being able to hear it (so others thinks she's talking to herself and looks crazy).
