During receiving cards all the time I have the -1 bug instead of showing the amount of cards in my collection. Is it possible to fix?

    Yes, it's only a visual glitch… but I confirm this bug is happening now.

    Hello @epipterygoid, our Support team can help you with your collection count displaying -1 while you're receiving cards. We recommend submitting a ticket to Support so they can investigate the issue further.

    To submit a ticket:

    1. Visit https://support.pokemon.com/
    2. Select Pokémon TCG Pocket
    3. Click Contact Us
    4. Complete and submit the support form with details about the issue.
