Quick Ball Not Allowing to pick certain pokemon

I played and ranked match and on Turn 1 of my game I used quick ball, I could select any of my pokemon but it would not let me pick my Pikachu V. No abilities that im aware of should effect this. I wasn't Item locked because i played the Quick Ball, I could select any other pokemon but Pikachu V is what i needed for the match up. Please fix this
