Ah my mistake. Have to understand that most communities are heavily male. It's basically an assumption at this point. Not out of malice but basically habit and trends.

No worries! 🙂 I'm cool with it. In fact, I am finding what you said to be true.
It's all good though because I typically have more male friends than female. Growing up, I'd hang out playing video games with my year-older brother and his friends... I still remember us riding our bicycles over to a friends apartment just to watch them play a strategy game on a brand new SNES. (We only had a NES at the time, so that was awesome!!)

We got a NES when I was really young. NES games were notorious for being hard so me beating TMNT2 at the age of 4 is nothing short of a miracle. My brother later won, no lie, a SNES in a contest and we played that thing all the time for years. It still worked over 30 years later but we finally recycled it because we didn't have a TV that it'd connect to and didn't want to spend the money for an adapter. Same situation for the N64...
