How is this game still unplayable on a stable connection?

A frustrating recurring nightmare keeps plaguing my gameplay where my turn is started and fully skipped while my opponent is still actively playing cards. Its not a connection issue, I have been a victim across many-a-network. At this point I get to play more matches by going to locals because tcg live is in such an unplayable state.

To top it off, the last few weeks I've been encountering an error where pokemon will disappear from my bench mid turn after placing an energy. All the forums I read are people having the same issues from at least 1 year ago and mostly being told its a network issue. Do you need more devs? Are you dropping support for the game?

It's bad enough matchmaking is either blowout or be blownout, is it too much to ask for your players to actually be able to play the game? At this point the only solution I've found is to not play tcg and forget it exists and I suddenly become a lot happier.
