I don't play anymore, but based on the feedback I'm getting, the game is getting worse and worse…

Amd it's sad indeed... sometimes I think about going back, but with so much negativity around it, I believe I'll never return.

I recommend playing making good builds it’s fun to play even if you get cheated on now and again we just need better moderator’s that know we all love this game and we need fairness I mean I watch people hack literally when I call it out people call me a liar if I could post videos that couldn’t argue I love this game I just want something of fairness I’ve been master 7500 before the debauclery started just moderate the game make it better quit sitting with your thumbs where the sun don’t shine this game would make a lot more money.

    Please do come back

I genuinely don't know what these people are talking about because I have yet to come across any cheating

    @Dragonfly102024 @Ember2026

    Have y'all had any cheating?

(I'm genuinely asking because I have not)

And I genuinely don't see anything wrong with the Pokemon

I'm not saying the game is perfect

It definitely has flaws (blocking us from choosing our attacks during the game and reducing the quality of Battle Passes and Monthly Membership) but I do believe it is still a very fun game worth playing

The reason I tell you all these things is because when I first got on the Forums and saw all the problems people talked about I was like "Thank the gods I don't play anymore! This would be awful to deal with!"

But then @Dragonfly102024 kept talking about her playing and how it would be fun to play with me so I decided "Give it a try for her."

I'm glad I did because I have had a blast!

Don't decide not to play again because of what others say

    Decide based on your experiences

Ok, maybe I will, but I also I'm too behind now and outdated... do you follow any Unite good content creators or know a good "returning player" guide?

Hmmmmm.... Out of the over 5k plus matches I have been in during the past year... I can honestly say I believe I encountered at least one potential cheat while playing with a squad member at Auroma Park against reals. Both myself and the squad member discussed it immediately in lobby and we tried to go back to report it, but it was too late. My squad member has been around the game for many years and knows what he's doing and talking about. But we both noticed the issue on our own.

And yes, I have played in ranked against and with certain "c" bots who were either legit bots or were people acting like bots or they were people who went afk and the game took over for them (however I did not receive a notice from the system as is usual afterwards about an afk event so I believe it was one of the first two reasons). Their behavior was not normal for a trainer playing that specific healer/supporter. That happened two or maybe three times.

Soooo potentially 4 matches out of over 5,000.... Doing the math, that's not bad and if my experience is a representative sample of the game (because I play everything at all times of the day, except I avoid custom stadiums usually) I would and do still take those odds of playing legit matches with legit trainers.

Unfortunately.... Bad behavior of actual trainers is much more common... specifically the pouters (those who refuse to finish a match) , mass "thanks" spammers, and mass surrenderers due to perceived slights.

If you have an issue with one trainer on your randomly matched team DO NOT TAKE IT OUT ON EVERYONE on the team by also participating in bad, annoying, distracting and unsportsmanlike behavior causing us ALL to lose the match, lose points and potentially levels, even though the majority of your teammates did nothing intentionally wrong. Otherwise you end up becoming the problem too.

Don't be a problem... Become the solution! I have also been on teams where WE STILL WON IN RANKED regardless of a tempertantrum throwing individual. And I know others have too. It's harder but is doable. Why handicap your teammates like that intentionally though? That's just straight up mean.

Disclaimer; @hellcrywolf , I do not know how you actually play in game so I am not directing these comments directly at you (unless you actually do those undesirable behaviors?). This is for the general readers of this section. The "You" I used is for everyone and not about you, @hellcrywolf , specifically.. I would like to think that Hellceywolf is an awesome teammate and team player and treats every game as if he/she is playing with people he/she knows that way they always, ALWAYS, have our backs and participate throughout the entire match to the best of their ability and never gives up. Fight till the end!!! Comebacks are possible.

    No...

But when I came back the first time I wasn't on that much

I didn't really return until they added the Johto trio to the game, and that was after practically never playing since they added Mega Mewtwo X

So I was very behind but still managed to have a good time

Plus, for the tenth year anniversary, every other day you get a free Pokémon right now!

    Day 1: Pick an Attacker

    Day 3: Pick a Speedster

    Day 5: Pick an All-Rounder

    Day 7: Pick a Defender

    Day 9: Pick a Supporter

The days in between they let you pick a holowear for the role you picked from

So if you're very out of date this is your chance to do a little bit of catching up!

Also, they have something called a License Ladder now, which they make it take a month or two to complete a step without spending money, but each step gives you a Pokémon for free

I've unlocked Ceruledge (one of my best Pokémon in the game), Blaziken, Inteleon, and soon Armarouge with it, so it can be efficient!

I may not have any guides (and I definitely don't have any content creators) but if you have any questions I'll happily do my best to answer (or point you in the direction of someone who can give a better answer)
