Allow unrestricted formats for play between friends

This is great for games where you want to play like in the year 2014, and for custom tournaments.
Maybe consider removing the 60-card limit too if they want to play 30-card half-decks like when you play a tournament which involves opening packs.
If you do this ensure that you are able to see the opponents decklist at the START of the game to enforce any friendly restrictions.
