Nullifying Zero - Maximum belt not applied?
I had a situation where the maximum belt did not seemed to be applied in the damage calculation. Below are all the relevant lines from the battle log. Note that the N's Zoroark was in the active spot, and there were no stadium or abilities in play that could explain the 50 damage difference. It's not the first time actually that nullifying Zero didn't give the damage I expected. But this time I thought I'd look into it.
attached Maximum Belt to Mega Zygarde ex in the Active Spot.
played Premium Power Pro.
Mega Zygarde ex used Nullifying Zero.
flipped a coin and it landed on heads.
Mega Zygarde ex used Nullifying Zero on ...’s N's Zoroark ex for 230 damage.

That's the damage output it's supposed to do...
150 (1 heads) + 30 (pp pro) + 50 (belt) = 230
The belt was applied, without it you would have done only 180. What were you expecting?
