Pokemon Pokopia: I Can't Re-locate Houses Because I Have a Missing Relocation Kit

The title pretty much sums up my ordeal.

So…basically, in Pokopia, I have a missing re-location kit. I don't even know, or remember, what kind of house I was re-locating, as the message flashed too fast on my screen (about it being successfully put into a re-location kit) and it had been a few days since I was doing that, so…yeah, no idea what it was for.

So now, I'm trying to re-locate other houses in my Withering Wastelands map, and I get this message: "you're in the process of moving into another building." which is what started me on this bug-fix journey.

I haven't been able to find any solutions online. I've searched every storage box that I have around all of my biomes, nothing. I've searched all of my biomes, nothing. I've searched my Lost and Found boxes, nothing. And it's definitely not in my inventory, or else I would've seen it.

The only thing I can come up with, is that I picked it up, and then placed it somewhere, and I have no idea where I put it, OR, I might have accidentally dropped it somewhere, most likely on a Dream Island, when I was emptying my inventory of items I didn't want to bring back with me.

Either way, I have no way of re-locating my houses in the game, and honestly, I don't want to demolish them and have to rebuild it all from scratch, especially since I have the colours and the interiors perfect at the houses I currently have.

Is there any way I can get this fixed? Again, I don't want to demo my existing houses, and I absolutely do not want to start my game over again, since I've been playing this game pretty much from the start of the release of it.

    Hi, I am new to the forum and am facing the same issue. Did you manage to find a solution?

    Nope, nothing yet, unfortunately :( I've tried contacting the Pokemon Company, but got a basic Email, saying that I should inquire Nintendo instead. I did. For the second time. I had a nice person in customer service who took the time to help me figure out what else could be done, even to the point of me deleting my virtual card in the game, and then re-downloading it (it still had my game saved on the Cloud)….didn't work. In the end, he had no idea how to reach a solution.

    In the meantime, I still can't move my homes….I would have to demo them, and then re-build them if I'm that desperate to move them. I haven't tried moving my PokeCentre yet, but I'm wondering…if I can't move it, would I be able to demo it, and then re-build it elsewhere?

    I've no idea.

    I've trying to focus on other biomes in the meantime…but the tl:dr of it, is that I haven't found, or been told of a fix for this. And I am NOT re-starting my entire game
