It says I don’t play TCG live. But I do. And I’m trying to redeem my new booster pack codes cards from some real packs of Pokemon I got from Walmart. I do play. I have the same account signed in. But it still says “you need to play Pokemon TCG live”

I'm assuming you're using the redeem web page? If so, you can work around it by redeeming through the app.
