Why did weakness not apply?

How come when I attacked Blissey with Decidueye did the 2x weakness not apply? I would think it would have caused 320 damage and KO, instead only applied 160 damage.

    Stopped by the dunsparce mate. “Normal type Pokémon have no weakness”. One to watch out for in Lugia-land.
