What if pokémon animated the pokémon manga?

Wouldn't it be a very great idea to animate the pokémon manga, it has a very good story and it surely will attract more viewers!

Thing is the manga has more creative freedom than the anime does. Things portrayed on the manga wouldn't fly for mainstream/Y7 consumption. Prime example is Zinnia and what happens to her. Ditto slicing Arbok in half... Need I go on?

Which manga? I assume you are talking about Adventure, but there have been a number of Pokémon manga over the years.
There's no reason they couldn't, but I suspect the current anime creators might feel that another anime would be stepping on their toes.
