Why can't I send or receive Private Messages?

Hello I have been on here for quite a while but I still have not unlocked the feature to send or receive conversations? I really need help understanding why or do I need to do so much to unlock the feature? If anyone has an idea I would greatly appreciate your help.

I just know that when they threatened me that's how they told me

They've also used that when they explained one of my posts getting taken down because they thought me and Tacolaser were actually fighting

It's not usable by people apart from mods and admins because a big portion of the users here are minors/children, so enabling it could very easily have negative consequences.

This forum actually supports private messages natively, but the admins have never enabled it for regular members... and likely never will.
