Issues transferring a pokemon to champions

I've been trying to transfer my childhood Blaziken from ORAS to champions, but im having issues. The pokemon should have no issues since it legally obtained and not modified. I have transferred it to both Scarlett and ZA with no issue whatsoever. The only thing i can think of that makes it unique is it has a lot of oras ribbons (although my event oras metagross had no issue), and the fact that i nicknamed it BURNER and was stuck with the name since it wouldn't (and still won't) let me change it back to Blaziken.
