Ampharos Synchro Pulse does not boost prior evolutions attacks

When using using Relicanth's Memory Dive ability to use Flaffy's Disconnect attack the damage is not boosted by Ampharos's Synchro Pulse ability, only Flashing Bolt is properly boosted by the ability despite the text reading "attacks used by this pokemon" not exclusively Flashing Bolt.
