Can I trade botted Pokemon using HOME?

I am in the process of filling out my national deck to get the reward from it, and have been using GTS to get missing entries for non-mythical Pokemon. The problem is that I keep receiving bottled shiny Pokemon from these trades. Can I continue the trades like normal, or will I get flagged? This is all in Pokemon HOME.
