They get there arwings and even so Fox and Falco are in SSB

I kinda think Raihan could solo them...
Not because of strength, but because he switches up the environment constantly, able to change it whenever he wants and throw them off
While they adapt he hits them hard

Bro that guy I one shot all his pokemon with a lvl 40 inteleon and vikavolt. his gym trainers were stronger
