Keep getting logged out in middle of matches

Hi i keep getting logged out in the middle of matches and telling me to log in to use features. Everytime i do it says my pokemon central account has been successfully linked but then logs me out 20 minutes later again with the same issue. I have already sent a support ticket and they responded via email asking for my name, what device i play on all that information. I responded to that email but i have yet to get an email back as it's now been 4 days and i am unable to play the tcg on my computer

    Logout issues have existed since the game's launch.

    I understand that several things out of their control can lead to those issues... but even on highend devices and a stable connection, from time to time it happens to me too... so there are definitely issues on the game's side too that they haven't figured out yet.

    That said I'm curious if they haven't responded yet and if the issue has been fixed for you already.
