Hello,
I used a code on TCG Live but the cards aren't showing up in my collection.The code is an old one, "Enhanced-Hammer-League," and I added 3 promotional codes to my account, but not all the cards are appearing in my inventory.
How can I get help with this issue?

If you are still experiencing problems with your promotional code, please contact our support team at the link with your account details so that we can look into your cards for you.
Alternatively, you can visit support.pokemon.com, choose Pokémon TCG Live from the list, and click "Contact Us" on the right side of your screen. From there, you can submit a ticket. We appreciate your patience and understanding - thank you!
