We should have a mod q&a
I think it would be interesting to have a q&a with one of the mods on here and try to set up a time (probably a 30 minute window since they probably have more work to do) and ask questions regarding the forums and such

Yea

It would.

Better yet, what if they selected a few individuals from the forum—who were interested—and gave them the ability to help work on a game? Like assistance with the story, concept arts, music, and so-on?
I mean, they'd likely have to reach out to the officials for it, but as an aspiring writer, it would be a dream come true, to be able to assist with something like that.
I've got visions I'd love to share, and see become reality.

My questions would be...
What does a mod do exactly (I want details)?
Are you each assigned areas of the forums and work in shifts? How does that work?
Do you actually have to review each flag (that includes the "spam", "abuse", "report"), or only the "report" flags?
Do you ever have to review individual comments prior to them posting or is that just a program/algorithm that looks for key words or phrases like they use in many of the games?
Which areas of the forum do you review individual member created threads the most? Do you mainly review the feedback sections?
Do you mainly create posts in the intro section and occasionally the community square? Is that part of being a mod or just something you like to do?
How often do you actually pass forum members' requests, ideas, feedback, concerns along to other Pokemon development teams (for the games, cards, merchandise, etc.) ? Who does the information go to? Which departments?
Do you check/read your wall(s) here? How often? Some mods respond to us, some mods don't, is there a reason why or is that just personal preference? (Which leads to...). Many here believe most mods are AI or something similar.... What is the percentage of actual human mods to AI/bots/programmed responses?
Do you work in teams?
I'm sure I have more questions...
