Ummmm, the more Pokemon that are introduced, the longer the ladder or more rungs, there will be. (I may be misunderstanding the comment, IDK)
They may need to actually add a few more seconds to the lobby Pokemon selection phase as we collect more and more licenses..... I've seen Switch friends run out of time trying to get to the Pokemon they want because they had to scroll through so many licenses. Or perhaps allow us to favorite a few more Pokemon so they appear at the top of the selection window.
I guess that's a nice problem to have because it means we have a good license collection?🤔

My bad, I meant the license Journey not the Ladder... I was trying to say it takes too long, especially to get specific Pokemon.
I think they really need to add more ways to get license points, reduce the journey cost or find better ways to get specific Pokemon without needing to grind for so many that we don't want.
